SPI Mengadakan Rapat Koordinasi Bersama Tim Teknologi Informasi dan Pangkalan Data (TIPD)

IAIN Kendari, SPI – Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi yang semakin meningkat, perlu dilakukan juga peningkatan system teknologi guna membantu proses audit dan pemeriksaan menjadi lebih mudah dan efisien serta dapat menghasilkan bank data dan dokumen. Sebelumnya inovasi pengembangan dokumen berbasis digital telah dilakukan oleh tim TIPD dengan mengembangkan aplikasi upload dokumen laporan kegiatan fakultas dan unit yang melekat pada aplikasi  RK-AKL yang terdapat di Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kepegawaian IAIN Kendari.  

Untuk menyempurnakan inovasi tersebut, SPI mengadakan rapat koordinasi bersama TIPD untuk membicarakan dan merancang pemeriksaan/audit  berbasis digital yang lebih menyeluruh dan mencakup jenis audit non akademik yang dapat dilaksanakan oleh SPI. Rapat koordinasi diadakan di ruang rapat rektorat lt. 2 dan dihadiri juga oleh Wakil Rektor II Dr. Batmang, M.Pd, para tim TIPD yang dikepalai oleh  Ibrahim Iskandar, SE., serta para anggota SPI. Dalam pengantarnya, kepala SPI menyebutkan bahwa SPI berusaha untuk membangun budaya digitalisasi dokumen sebagai bentuk upaya untuk menghasilkan bank data dan dokumen LPJ kegiatan dan lampirannya juga semua data dan dokumen yang diperlukan oleh SPI yang terkait dengan audit non akademik yang akan dilaksanakan di masa mendatang. Pengembangan program digitalisasi dokumen dari program yang sudah ada ini diharapkan dapat membuat pelaporan kegiatan dapat tepat waktu, akuntabel, dan transparan. Hal ini nantinya akan membantu SPI dalam memeriksa pelaporan tersebut juga menjadi efisien. Pengawasan dan pemeriksaan yang dilakukan dapat dilaksanakan secara komprehensif, tepat, cepat, dan akurat. Pada pemeriksaan berbasis digital, pelaporan yang dilakukan juga tidak dalam bentuk kertas sehingga akan menghemat penggunaan kertas. Wakil Rektor II IAIN Kendari mengapresiasi dan mendukung penuh pelaksanaan kegiatan pengawasan yang dirancang oleh SPI dan TIPD tersebut.
